I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right on the waterfront with great high street restaurants and bars surrounding it. The hotel itself had a lovely modern and cozy decor. The room was spotlessly clean and had a very big flat screen TV with sky. I appreciated the extra touches like bath robes and slippers. The facilities were great, including a fantastic coffee machine, iron and board, sofa, desk, and a safe. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were lovely, providing excellent service. The room was big and comfortable, and the bathroom was perfectly clean. The hotel facilities were great, with room service serving a large portion of good quality food. The location was convenient, within walking distance to Bullring, Grand Central, and Chinatown.

The hotel's location directly above the Gas Street basin with direct access to bars and restaurants was perfect for a solo traveler like me. The cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities were top-notch. I also appreciated the convenience of having a Tesco Express and other food options just downstairs. The breakfast provided was excellent and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff were all so nice and provided quick and efficient service. They even accommodated our request for a late checkout until 4pm, which was amazing. The views from our room were breathtaking, exceeding our expectations. The bar staff were also lovely and went above and beyond, making us some delicious cocktails upon request. Additionally, the hotel had a warm and welcoming atmosphere upon entering. The room was modern, well-equipped, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast offered a plentiful variety of options and the coffee was excellent.

We absolutely loved the location of this hotel, right next to the mailbox on the canal. It was perfect for exploring the city and had a great selection of restaurants nearby. The breakfast provided was wonderful, with a wide variety of choices to suit everyone's taste. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The bed in our superior room was comfortable and we enjoyed the beautiful view of the canal.
